I am a London based teacher, starting my practice 15 years ago when I stumbled into a bikram yoga class, without knowing what it would entail or just how hot it would get. Turns out very.
I’ve always been a bit of a physical junkie, and as I’ve developed my practice my eyes have been opened to how yoga can provide the much needed balance to both the physical body and the mind. My practice is ever-evolving, and I am always on the search for new teachers to learn from and to experience individual styles and approaches.
Having spent most of my career working in the corporate world, I found yoga as a way to improve my strength, challenge my body and to release and settle my ever-busy mind, and I love being able to share this with others.
I trained under and was mentored by the wonderful Allie Hill at Yogahaven, and since then have found myself continually learning and expanding my practice.
My teaching typically focusses on building strength and using the breath to balance the body and the mind. I ultimately aim to have students leave the class feeling stronger, uplifted and energised. The sessions could be dynamic, restorative, or a bit of both, depending on the needs on the individual or group.
